Blindingly drunk -- one of those things that no Time Lord in his right mind would be. Due to our physiology, we can only become drunk if we allow ourselves to become drunk. Therefore 'blindingly drunk' is, surely, out of the question.

Although I do have my doubts as far as the Doctor is concerned, he is half human and can't hold his liquor.

Sorry I haven't responded to the prompting all that well -- universal domination is a bother, honestly.

At any rate, I was destined to rule and dominate worlds and have races of people bow down to me in fear. Other than that, I don't believe in destiny. The future is what you make of it and, being a Time Lord, I can manipulate it as I see fit. Of course, the other Time-snobs are bound to try to stop me.

...not themselves, of course. They'll get a renagade to do their dirty work for them. Namely the Doctor.

Note to you, Doctor, the next time you decide to intrude on a megalomaniac's Christmas gathering, try not to bring gifts. Especially ones for me. And definetly not pink frilly socks. ~~I should shrink you for that.~~

And to throw this into the mix, my New Year's Resolution? To dominate ~~a few more worlds~~ a world or two. After all, is there any other goal that I need to strive for? *lifts an eyebrow*
